Workmanship Warranty
Our warranty is not a material warranty — it's a workmanship warranty, covering the craft and labor of what we build for you.
Wood Fences
Every wood fence we build is covered for three years from the date of completion against defects in workmanship and materials.
Steel & Wrought Iron
All steel fences, wrought iron fences, and steel gates are covered for ten years from the date of completion.
Custom Gates
Every custom gate we build — including automatic driveway gates — is covered for ten years from the date of completion.
What's Covered
Defects in workmanship on every fence or gate we build
Material defects under normal use and service
Free repair or replacement of any defective fence or gate during the warranty period
Wood, wrought iron, pipe fences, and automatic driveway gates
What's Not Covered
Acts of nature — storms, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
Improper maintenance, neglect, or lack of regular care
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the fence or gate
Modifications or alterations made by parties other than us
Normal wear and tear
